By accessing or using DecorAI, you agree to these Terms of Service and the DecorAI Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Additional platform terms from Apple, Google, payment providers, or the Web App may also apply to your use.
DecorAI AI Interior Design App Purpose
DecorAI is an AI interior design app that lets users transform photos of existing rooms into personalized redesign concepts, furniture inspiration, decor ideas, styles, and before-and-after room makeovers. The service is intended for visual inspiration and early-stage planning. It is not an architectural, engineering, construction, surveying, procurement, or professional interior-design service.
DecorAI Accounts and App Access
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, and activity performed through your account. Platform availability, compatible devices, features, introductory access, subscriptions, and usage limits can vary or change. Current purchase and access information is shown in the relevant App Store, Google Play, or Web App flow.
Room Photos and AI Interior Design Content
You retain any rights you already hold in room photos and prompts you submit. You give DecorAI and necessary service providers permission to host, process, reproduce, and transform that content only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service, subject to the Privacy Policy. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
DecorAI Generated Room Makeover Results
AI-generated results can be inaccurate, incomplete, unrealistic, or inconsistent. Room geometry, furniture placement, scale, windows, doors, materials, lighting, text, and architectural details may change. Outputs are not measurement documents, product matches, construction plans, technical drawings, cost estimates, professional advice, or guarantees of an achievable result.
DecorAI Acceptable AI Room Design Use
You may not use DecorAI to break the law, violate another person’s rights, upload malicious code, interfere with the service, bypass access or usage controls, scrape the service at scale, impersonate others, or submit content that is unlawful or harmful. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before sharing or relying on it.
DecorAI Subscriptions, Purchases, and Renewals
Paid access may be sold through Apple, Google, or a Web payment provider. Prices, currencies, billing periods, trials, introductory offers, renewals, cancellation rules, refunds, and taxes are presented in the purchase flow and can vary by platform or region. Manage platform subscriptions through the account settings provided by the store that processed the purchase.
DecorAI Intellectual Property and Branding
The DecorAI service, brand, logo, interface, software, and website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of DecorAI technology or branding. You may use your generated concepts for lawful personal purposes subject to applicable platform terms and third-party rights.
Professional Review of DecorAI Room Concepts
Before structural work, renovation, buying furniture, changing electrical or plumbing systems, applying for permits, or beginning construction, verify dimensions, specifications, costs, safety, feasibility, and legal requirements. Consult qualified professionals where appropriate. Never use a generated room image as the sole basis for a safety-critical or expensive decision.
DecorAI Service Availability and Changes
Features may be updated, suspended, limited, or discontinued. The service may experience maintenance, outages, model changes, or third-party interruptions. DecorAI does not promise uninterrupted access or that every generation will preserve the uploaded room or satisfy a prompt.
DecorAI Warranty Disclaimer and Liability Limits
To the maximum extent allowed by law, DecorAI is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that every result will be accurate, fit for a particular purpose, or free from error. Liability limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law and do not exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded in your jurisdiction.
DecorAI Terms Changes and Support
These terms may be revised to reflect product, provider, or legal changes. Continued use after an effective update may constitute acceptance where allowed by law.
